Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Head of B2B Business Development to join our team at Coreof. This is a unique opportunity to lead our business development efforts and drive growth through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, coach, and lead a team of business development professionals to drive growth and revenue through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Develop and manage business development budgets and forecasts to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences to inform business development strategies and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, including team management and strategy development.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.
  • Strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and execute business development strategies and initiatives that drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
