About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our strategic account efforts in Spain, driving growth and building strong relationships with key partners. As the Head of Strategic Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and executing a winning strategy to scale our portfolio of high-value accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a Winning Strategy
    • Define the strategic direction for our account management efforts in Spain, identifying key partnerships and setting ambitious goals for growth and development.
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the Spanish market.
  • Build Meaningful Relationships
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including C-level executives, to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
    • Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop joint business plans and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead a High-Performing Team
    • Lead and manage a team of account managers, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and expertise needed to succeed.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including restaurant operations, community operations, and marketing, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.
  • Drive Operational Excellence
    • Develop and implement tools and processes to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring that our account management efforts are optimized for success.
    • Use data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in account management or business development, with a proven track record of driving growth and building strong relationships with key partners.
  • Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making skills, with experience in developing and executing strategic plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives and other stakeholders.
  • Native Spanish speaker and full proficiency in English.
