About the Role

Nutraq is seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Head of Marketing and Business Development to spearhead our global marketing and demand generation strategy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and accelerating our company's presence around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and lead marketing strategies for awareness and demand generation.
  • Collaborate with the responsible marketing staff to prepare KPIs and sub-goals for tasks in the marketing landscape.
  • Increase generated leads and create significant customer experiences through digital channels.
  • Build and nurture relevant customer segments through a top-down as well as bottom-up funnel approach.
  • Manage and coordinate various trade shows and exhibitions.
  • Project management with external partners.
  • Content creation for a variety of platforms, including websites, brochures, data sheets, videos, etc.
  • Support and develop thought leader position through content, speaking engagements, etc.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of highly skilled and efficient marketing professionals.
Requirements
  • A master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or similar.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience as a marketing leader managing and developing teams.
  • Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of marketing's commercial role within an organization.
  • Experience promoting technical products and services in a B2B setting.
  • Experience working with international or engineering companies is an added advantage.
