Job Title: Head of B2B Business Development

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our B2B Business Development efforts. As the Head of B2B Business Development, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, identifying new revenue streams, and developing and executing business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, coach, and lead a team of Developer Relations experts to drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to identify new revenue streams and drive business growth.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in technical roles, including technical program management, software engineering, partner engineering, developer advocacy, and technical writing.
  • 5+ years of experience leading a technical group or DevRel team.
  • 5+ years of experience developing in at least one of Web, Mobile, Desktop, Backend, or Games development environments.
  • Deep expertise in developer advocacy and community engagement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to establish relationships and build rapport with technical and non-technical audiences.
