About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team at Avask Accounting & Business Consultants. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the company's client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and other means.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the accounting and tax industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
