Job Overview

The Revenue Operations function at Docplanner is dedicated to enhancing operational excellence in Go-To-Market strategies, facilitating business growth through effective tools and processes, and fostering a collaborative environment that empowers our teams. We are in search of a proficient Senior Revenue Operations expert to become a vital part of our organization, focusing on Sales and Customer Success initiatives. This role involves scaling GTM operations by managing essential tools and processes while extracting valuable insights from our internal data.

Primary Responsibilities:

Data Insights : Examine revenue operations data to uncover trends, insights, and potential areas for enhancement. Leverage data to inform decision-making and project initiatives. System Oversight : Manage the deployment and upkeep of revenue operations systems and tools, ensuring they effectively support global operations. Collaborative Engagement : Partner closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to guarantee alignment and integration of revenue operations initiatives. Process Enhancement : Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within global revenue operations, adopting best practices. Reporting & Communication : Create and present regular project updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Training & Development : Offer training and support to global teams on new processes, tools, and systems introduced as part of revenue operations initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline. An MBA or advanced degree is advantageous. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field. A solid understanding of revenue operations processes and best practices. Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong is preferred. Skills : Proficient in data analysis and utilizing data to guide decision-making. Proficiency in SQL is not mandatory but will be considered a differentiating factor. Exceptional communication skills, including clarity, active listening, and presentation abilities. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy, relationship building, and conflict resolution. Capability to influence without authority and foster consensus across departments. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. High agency and proactiveness, with the ability to foresee challenges and advance projects independently.
