The Role

We're seeking a visionary VP of Revenue Operations to drive transformational change and fuel our growth. As a strategic architect, you'll build and inspire a world-class team, driving efficiency, optimising processes, and ensuring we scale in line with our ambitious goals. Your expertise will shape how we generate revenue, manage growth, and guide our 400+ strong sales team towards sustainable success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking revenue operations strategy, driving sustainable growth and optimising every stage of the sales process.
  • Own the annual and quarterly sales capacity and go-to-market planning processes, setting ambitious revenue targets and establishing key KPIs.
  • Foster a culture of excellence by establishing a clear reporting cadence and performance tracking to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Work closely with Finance, Marketing, and Strategic Partnerships to deliver seamless execution of revenue strategies, accurate forecasting, budgeting, and collaboration across teams.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing revenue operations team, fostering continuous improvement, professional growth, and innovation.
