Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Revenue Strategist to join our team at Catenon. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue growth strategies to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute revenue growth strategies to meet and exceed budgeted goals
  • Lead and manage the sales and events department, including team development and training
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Analyze market trends and competitor data to inform revenue strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or business
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
