Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Revenue Strategist to join our team at Catenon. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue growth strategies to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute revenue growth strategies to meet and exceed budgeted goals
- Lead and manage the sales and events department, including team development and training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
- Analyze market trends and competitor data to inform revenue strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or business
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
