The Role

As our new VP of Revenue Operations, you'll play a pivotal role in driving transformational change and unlocking our next phase of growth. Reporting directly to the CRO, you'll lead a team of 25+ and drive efficiency, optimise processes, and ensure we scale in line with our ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a forward-thinking revenue operations strategy that drives sustainable growth, optimising every stage of the sales process.
  2. Own the annual and quarterly sales capacity and go-to-market planning processes, setting ambitious revenue targets and establishing key KPIs to guide our success.
  3. Foster a culture of excellence by establishing a clear reporting cadence and performance tracking to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  4. Work closely with Finance, Marketing, and Strategic Partnerships to deliver seamless execution of revenue strategies, accurate forecasting, budgeting, and collaboration across teams.
  5. Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing revenue operations team, fostering continuous improvement, professional growth, and innovation.
  6. Leverage insights to identify and implement operational improvements, from optimising commission structures to refining sales processes, ensuring our revenue engine operates at peak performance.
  7. Champion the adoption of cutting-edge sales technologies and tools to enhance productivity and drive revenue growth.
  8. Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, continuously refining and evolving our approach to revenue operations.
Requirements

We're looking for a seasoned Revenue Operations leader with a strong track record in driving significant revenue growth, ideally within a B2B SaaS, high-growth environment. You'll need to have experience in leading commercial or sales teams, with a clear understanding of how to align revenue operations with broader sales objectives.

You'll be a data-driven strategist with exceptional analytical skills, able to connect operational actions to meaningful business outcomes. You'll also need to be an inspirational leader who can motivate and inspire teams across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

Expertise in SaaS metrics, CRM systems, and experience implementing new tools and processes that optimise operations and drive growth is essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively across departments, are also required.
