Job Description:
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Lead to join our team at Docplanner. As a key member of our Revenue Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in leading and mentoring a team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish a best practice framework adapting to current needs and future growth, encouraging best practice and collaborative working.
- Develop strategies to maximize revenue across all channels.
- Implement scalable processes to drive productivity in our customer-facing units.
- Be a trusted advisor to the Marketing/Sales/CS and country leadership team.
- Work closely with finance and executive teams to forecast revenue, analyze sales pipeline, and drive strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of working experience in revenue operations, sales operations, ideally at SMB SaaS companies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
