As a Revenue Operations Manager - eduQa, you will play a pivotal role in aligning the sales, marketing, and key account management functions to ensure seamless end-to-end processes that drive revenue growth. This role is responsible for optimizing the entire revenue cycle, including lead management, deal management, onboarding, data integrity, reporting, and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Key Account Management teams to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to revenue generation and customer experience.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve processes across the revenue cycle, from lead generation to deal closure and customer retention.
- Develop and manage tools and resources to support the sales team in their efforts, including CRM systems, sales collateral, and communication platforms.
- Create and maintain detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, revenue generation, including sales pipeline, conversion rates, customer churn, and more.
