Job Title: VP of Revenue Operations
About the Role:
Red Points is seeking a seasoned Revenue Operations leader to spearhead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. As a key member of our global Go-To-Market team, you will play a critical role in aligning sales enablement strategies with our commercial objectives, orchestrating impactful training programs, and ensuring sales enablement initiatives yield measurable results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Align sales enablement strategies with our commercial objectives.
- Orchestrate impactful training programs to address critical skill gaps.
- Ensure sales enablement initiatives yield measurable results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design incentive plans that motivate our sales force and drive productivity.
- Lead a team responsible for supporting RFP responses, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
- Build and harness a world-class tech stack to enhance revenue effectiveness.
- Proactively analyze and report on the performance and health of our Revenue strategy, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Strategy & Operations.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) is a must.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing teams.
- Consultative sales approach with a strong customer focus and exceptional collaboration skills.
- Ability to operate strategically and tactically, balancing short-term objectives with long-term goals.
- Adept at quantitative analysis, with advanced Excel skills and logical reasoning abilities.
- Proven ability to influence and drive cross-functional solutions at the senior leadership level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive audiences.
- Passion for data and analytics, aligning with Red Points' vision of empowering informed decision-making.
