Head of Revenue Operations

At Docplanner, we're on a mission to make healthcare more human. As the Head of Revenue Operations, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and optimizing operations across our customer-facing units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue across all channels, including sales, marketing, and customer success operations.
  • Design and implement scalable processes and systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Work closely with finance and executive teams to forecast revenue, analyze sales pipeline, and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Implement and manage sales and marketing technology stack, including Salesforce/HubSpot.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions.
