Head of Revenue Operations Hybrid in Barcelona

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Revenue Operations to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and optimizing our sales and marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue across all channels, including sales, marketing, and customer success operations.
- Design and implement scalable processes and systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity of our customer-facing units.
- Work closely with finance and executive teams to forecast revenue, analyze sales pipeline, and drive strategic decision-making.
- Implement and manage sales and marketing technology stack, including Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in revenue operations and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- 5+ years of working experience in revenue operations, sales operations, ideally at SMB SaaS companies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams for at least 2 years.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Passion for driving business growth and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
