About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Revenue Operations team, driving strategic growth and excellence across our customer-facing units. As Head of Revenue Operations, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our revenue strategy, mentoring a team of 12 professionals, and collaborating with our leadership team to achieve our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue across all channels, including sales, marketing, and customer success operations
  • Establish a best practice framework adapting to our current needs, future growth, and encouraging collaborative working
  • Drive strategic decision-making and act as a trusted advisor to our Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams
  • Implement scalable processes to drive productivity and optimize revenue generation
