At Docplanner, we're on a mission to make the healthcare experience more human. As a leading healthcare platform, we're looking for a talented Revenue Operations expert to join our team in Barcelona.

About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Revenue Operations professional to lead and mentor a team of 12 experts. As the Head of Revenue Operations, you'll establish a best practice framework, develop strategies to maximize revenue across all channels, and implement scalable processes to drive productivity in our customer-facing units.

Your Impact
  • Be a trusted advisor to our Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams, driving strategic decision-making and providing insights and guidance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue generation across all channels, including sales, marketing, and customer success operations.
  • Design and implement scalable processes and systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity of our customer-facing units.
  • Work closely with our finance and executive teams to forecast revenue, analyze sales pipeline, and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Implement and manage our sales and marketing technology stack, including Salesforce and HubSpot.
