Job Summary

Red Points is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Revenue Operations function globally. As a key member of our Go-To-Market team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through the formulation, execution, and refinement of sales strategies, initiatives, and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth, including cross-functional demand generation efforts, market identification and expansion, pricing optimization, and churn reduction strategies.
  • Align sales enablement strategies and programs with Red Points' commercial objectives, ensuring measurable results and adaptability to the evolving needs of the Revenue organization.
  • Lead a team responsible for supporting RFP responses, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations, serving as the subject matter expert guiding back-office processes to expedite sales and optimize revenue recognition.
  • Build and harness a world-class tech stack to enhance revenue effectiveness, analyzing and reporting on the performance and health of Red Points' Revenue strategy, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Strategy & Operations, with proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Consultative sales approach with a strong customer focus, exceptional collaboration skills, and ability to operate strategically and tactically, balancing short-term objectives with long-term goals.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive cross-functional solutions at the senior leadership level, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience presenting to executive audiences.
  • Passion for data and analytics, aligning with Red Points' vision of empowering informed decision-making, and a positive, professional demeanor with a proactive attitude towards tackling challenges of any scale.
