You will be responsible for managing a team, developing sales strategies, and analyzing business trends to achieve sales numbers.
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, train, and motivate Territory Managers to achieve sales targets for their region.
- Sales Strategy: Create sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas.
- Field Work: Co-travel to hospitals and have regular one-on-one meetings to help your team with current issues, ensure proper project planning, and prioritize sales opportunities.
- Performance Management: Establish specific and measurable objectives to review performance, individual development, and provide a clear base for team member recognition.
- Tender Opportunities: Identify and facilitate tender opportunities in close cooperation with tender stakeholders to enhance success with public procurement demands.
- Relationship Building: Arrange appointments and maintain strong relationships with involved stakeholders, including executive and senior physicians, Operation Room personnel, Key Opinion Leaders, and other decision-makers in hospital purchasing Decision Making Unit.
- Market Analysis: Follow new developments in the national healthcare landscape.
- Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent qualifications/level of performing.
- Leadership Experience: Experience leading a team (managing direct reports).
- Sales Background: Demonstrated success in sales within surgical device sales, or similar.
- Language Skills: Oral and written communication skills in Spanish (excellent) and English (good).
- Field Work: Enthusiastic to be in the field to inspire the team members to reach a high level of performance.
- Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinker with great communication skills.
- Location: Living in the indicated sales region.
