Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Partner Enablement Manager to join our team in North America. As a key member of our partner ecosystem team, you will be responsible for shaping our partner success strategies and driving growth through effective enablement programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and define partner segments for dedicated enablement strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop joint value propositions
  • Define and execute performance metrics to track success in support of Deel's global partnership goals
  • Support the development of enablement materials for specific partner segments
  • Leverage expertise in Deel's products, services, and GTM processes to ensure a high-quality enablement experience
  • Closely collaborate with partner and product marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging
Requirements
  • Experience designing, producing, and delivering partner enablement programs
  • Experience creating business goals for partner enablement programs and a track record of success executing those goals
  • Experience with partnerships and partner programs in general
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and strong research skills
  • Adaptability and comfort with a fast-paced environment
