About this role

We're seeking a skilled Partner Enablement Manager to drive the success of our partner ecosystem globally. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, define, and segment partner groups to deliver tailored enablement strategies.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine joint value propositions that resonate with distinct partner segments. This role requires a deep understanding of Deel's products, services, partner ecosystem, and GTM processes.

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Develop and execute partner enablement programs to enhance our partnerships globally.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and global partner teams to define joint value propositions for specific partner segments.
  • Define and track performance metrics to measure success in support of Deel's global partnership goals.
  • Develop enablement materials for specific partner segments, such as industry, geography, or tier.
  • Leverage your knowledge of Deel's products and services to deliver a high-quality, cohesive enablement experience for our partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in designing, producing, and delivering partner enablement programs.
  • A track record of success in creating business goals and executing partner enablement programs.
  • Experience with partnerships and partner programs is essential.
  • Strong research skills and proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and collaborate with internal and external teams.
