About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global HR Consulting Project Manager to join our team at Deel. As a key member of our Consulting Operations team, you will be responsible for running global HR Consulting projects for our clients, from scoping to drafting and sharing deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project management: Run global HR Consulting projects for Deel clients, from scoping to drafting and sharing deliverables on projects.
  • Collaborate with Deel internal experts on projects, ensuring timely completion and quality of projects and deliverables.
  • Build spreadsheets/dashboards to help manage Deel's Consulting processes (e.g., client tracker, project deliveries, invoicing process).
  • Liaise with clients to handle queries and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, support, service, business development, regulatory, IT, and finance, as well as various business units.
  • Help the Consulting operations team define and drive strategic and operational improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Consulting.
  • Proactive, autonomous, resilient, adaptable, eager to continually learn and develop professionally.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be adaptable and proactive in identifying areas of need and generating action plans.
  • Advanced Excel, outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English.
