Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Specialist to join our Sales team. As a Sales Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing, planning, coordinating, and delivering training and development programs designed to meet the needs of our sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Align Sales Organization behind a clearly defined and universally understood sales process.
  • Partner with Sales Leaders to ensure the productivity of their teams.
  • Develop and Deliver Training Programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales team.
  • Curate Sales Content to ensure all information is organized, current, and easily accessible.
  • Manage Sales Enabling Tools and technologies to support the sales team.
  • Assist Sales Managers with monitoring proper utilization and tracking of sales tools and processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of four years of measurable sales skills, with a preference for knowledge of ABM sales motions, enterprise relationships, and financial service provider experience.
  • Familiarity around sales methodologies and solutions sales processes and strategy.
  • Experience in call coaching, behavior scoring, forecasting, and skill assessment.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and data reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication (written/verbal) and facilitation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills & leadership capabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage competing projects with tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales management experience.
  • Instruction design experience.
  • Ability to create content through audio, video, and visuals.
