- Language: Fluency in English and Polish, with a strong understanding of the Spanish language and culture.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, preferably with a focus on sales and marketing.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Strong entrepreneurial and innovative thinking, with a ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, with a strong understanding of MS Office applications.
