Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team in Spain. As a Sales and Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Provide market intelligence on competitors, market trends, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer bases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
