About the Role

ZF Friedrichshafen AG is seeking a highly skilled Business Development and Reporting Specialist to join our team in Madrid, Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  2. Month End Close Process: Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly sales analysis and reporting, including deviation analysis versus budget and forecast.
  3. Budget Process: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement budgets that align with business objectives.
  4. Forecast Process: Analyze sales data and market trends to develop accurate forecasts that inform business decisions.
Requirements
  1. Education: University degree in Business Administration or related field.
  2. Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in sales controlling or a related field.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI/CO and strong analytical skills.
  4. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  5. Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish.
