Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team at Hitachi Vantara Corporation. As a Sales and Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the designated regional market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and develop sales opportunities, build long-term customer relationships, and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues.
  • Product Promotion: Promote our products and systems within the regional market area in coordination with our product groups.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide market intelligence regarding competitors, price levels, strategies, and other relevant market information.
  • Reporting and Administration: Report sales activities and information according to our process and tools, and manage and support all aspects of sales once an order has been obtained.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the rest of the FES organization to obtain the total sales budget defined at the country level.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or other technical degrees.
  • Experience: More than 3 years of experience in sales activities related to technical products and systems.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, influencing skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Language: Good communication skills in Spanish and English.
