Are you looking for a challenging role that combines administrative and managerial responsibilities? Business Sweden, a joint venture between the Swedish state and private sector, is seeking a part-time Business Incubation and Operations Specialist in Madrid.

As a Business Incubation and Operations Specialist, you will be part of a team that helps Swedish businesses expand globally and supports foreign companies investing in Sweden. Our organization has a unique mandate to facilitate trade relationships between Sweden and other countries.

Key responsibilities include managing organizational tasks for our customers, such as payroll, finance, and general administration. You will also communicate with customers to resolve bureaucratic and legislative issues, identify additional customer needs, and develop our offer and sales of administrative services.
