About the Team

The Business Planning and Operations team plays a critical role in driving strategic growth and achieving business objectives through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute strategic operations plans to drive e-commerce growth, leveraging insights from various fields, including industries, sellers, products, creators, and partners.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design high-quality strategies and drive business growth.
  3. Establish data-driven business analysis frameworks and monitor key performance indicators, identifying business opportunities and risks.
  4. Conduct market research and gather insights from sellers, creators, and users to inform business decisions.
  5. Develop and implement annual and bi-monthly business goals and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or in the final year of a master's program, graduating in 2026.
  • Available from June 2025 for a 3-month period.
  • Strong sense of product responsibility and innovation, self-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Clear logic, analytical skills, and ability to systematically solve problems.
  • Good team communication skills and project promotion capabilities.
  • Proficient in English as a working language.
Preferred Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above, with internship experience in e-commerce, business analysis, or strategy groups within internet companies or management consulting.
  • Excellent logical analysis ability and data sensitivity, with strong user perspectives and willingness to improve operational efficiency.
  • Good understanding of business models, including TikTok and other content-based platforms.
  • Strong numerical reasoning and modeling skills, proficiency in Excel, and fluency in SQL.
  • Ability to impact business decisions and suggest improvements through analytical insights.
  • Fluent in English, with Spanish as a plus, and cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth environment.
