Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our team at Nexthink. As a key member of our FP&A team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success by providing actionable insights and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models to plan, measure, and forecast business performance
  • Participate in annual planning, long-term planning, rolling forecast, and variance process
  • Support marketing operations by analyzing and optimizing marketing activities and metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions and initiatives
  • Prepare and review financial reports and presentations to promote internal and external understanding of company performance
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of FP&A experience or Marketing Controller within a SaaS or Tech company in an international environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience with financial planning software (Adaptive Planning) and Netsuite
  • Strong analytical capabilities and ability to present financial data concisely
  • Outstanding Excel skills with the ability to manipulate large data sets
