Financial Planning and Reporting Analyst

Job Summary:

The Financial Planning and Reporting Analyst will play a key role in supporting the financial planning and reporting functions for Isp Iberia. This position will be responsible for providing financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making, as well as ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data
  • Support the development and implementation of financial planning and reporting processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data is accurate and complete
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Identify and analyze financial trends and variances
  • Develop and implement financial controls to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders
  • Fluent in English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a multinational company
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis software
  • Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
  • Experience with financial reporting and analysis
