Financial Planning and Analysis

As a Specialist in Finance Planning and Analysis, you will play a key role in ensuring that commercial decisions are made efficiently and align with strategic guidelines, budget, and commercial targets. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting the business unit in financial-related matters, identifying opportunities to maximize efficiency in business decisions, and providing insightful analysis to drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate information and results with different areas (Business Unit, Financial Planning, etc.)
  • Ensure commercial inputs received from commercial/operational managers are consistent, ambitious, and well-balanced
  • Support the business unit in financial-related issues
  • Identify key opportunities to maximize the efficiency of business decisions
  • External reporting to Group following established deadlines

Financial Control

As a Specialist in Financial Control, you will be responsible for explaining variations in actuals vs. different scenarios (previous year, forecast, etc.) on a weekly/monthly basis, providing an analytical view and adding value to the business. You will also assess the financial impact of commercial/project propositions, proactively address any financial issues that may affect ongoing business, and execute the month-end closing process in the Enterprise Business Unit.

Decision Support

As a Specialist in Decision Support, you will provide insightful and added-value analysis to drive business objectives. You will provide regular and ad-hoc financial and business analysis to support the management team, support business decisions by providing financial management information, and advise on opportunities and identify risks associated with business decisions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in financial planning, control, and decision support, preferably in a commercial environment
  • Fluent in English
  • High level of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Office suite
  • Experience in the telco industry is a plus
  • SAP knowledge desirable (MM, CO, FI)
