About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Planning & Performance Management Specialist to support our Airport and Airline Operations planning processes. As a key member of our team, you will provide regular reporting and analysis to monitor agreed KPIs and recommend corrective actions to enhance performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor revenue and gross margin for airports monthly, collaborating with Controlling and commercial teams to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with commercial teams, project managers, and billing teams on monthly billing cycles, ensuring seamless communication and resolving ad hoc queries.
  • Provide in-depth analysis on invoicing and cost estimates at the project level, working closely with accounting teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
  • Optimize tool usage across commercial and implementation teams, leveraging platforms like ServiceNow Niseko and invoice plans to streamline processes.
  • Deliver monthly iPPM time reporting and cost reports, minimizing non-reported time and non-allocated travel to maximize efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain the AAO monthly Extended Product Cycle cost dashboard, providing visibility on fixed costs per portfolio area and target achievement.
  • Manage and simplify the AAO iP changes and cost structure, adapting to new functionalities and portfolio changes to ensure end-user satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or business planning, with travel industry experience a plus.
  • Excellent financial and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, Data Analytics, and Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders, with excellent command of English and knowledge of another language a plus.
  • Experience with SAP financial systems or equivalent a significant advantage.
