About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Diageo, a world-class leader in beverage alcohol, as a Demand Forecasting Lead. As a key member of the Supply Chain team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and excellence through effective demand planning and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the demand planning and forecasting process, ensuring accurate and timely forecasts that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Market, Finance, and Commercial, to drive business growth and optimize supply chain performance.
  • Develop and implement demand forecasting models and techniques to improve forecast accuracy and reduce bias.
  • Oversee the monthly governance process to monitor progress and take corrective actions when required.
  • Ensure that systems and processes are in line with global demand planning standards.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in demand forecasting and planning, preferably in a CPG company.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to drive change and improve processes.
