The role of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) processes is crucial in achieving these goals. The Demand Forecasting team is responsible for leading the short-term and long-term market demand forecasting processes, working collaboratively with the Market organization to ensure forecast accuracy and bias aligns with set targets. The Governance & Standards process is also critical in monitoring progress and taking corrective actions when required. As a key member of the Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for embedding the cross-functional business planning process end-to-end, ensuring that Diageo's commercial and operational strategies are seamlessly integrated. This includes leading the monthly IBP and S&OE processes in scope. You will also oversee the monthly governance process to monitor progress and take corrective actions when required.
