Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Specialist to join our Supply Chain Department at Lotus Bakeries. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development of a multi-category business in leading our demand planning accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for assigned categories, including Biscuits, Waffles, Sweet Spreads, Ice Cream, and Bars.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Category, and Sales teams to project excellent sales planning and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Work closely with Key Account Management (KAM) team to develop timely and accurate forecasts for assigned accounts and revise throughout the year.
  • Maintain and create new ways of reporting to extract key insights per business and clients to help improve accuracy and reduce logistics costs.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Commercial, Economics, or related field.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Solid knowledge of Excel, SAP, BI, Statistics, and other relevant tools.
  • High stress tolerance and ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.
  • Driving results and strong analytical skills to extract learnings and apply them.
  • Capacity to lead the project IBP nationally and build an integrated process to work as a team.
  • Competent in extracting key commercial business insights to achieve great DPA.
  • Understanding of the importance of excellent execution in retail.
  • Alignment with Lotus Bakeries' core values: Team Player, Open Dialogue, Passion for Sales and Brands.
