About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planner to join our team at Wizards of the Coast. As a Demand Planner, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability by developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Forecasting and Planning: Develop and maintain a 24-month rolling consensus forecast for selected business units, utilizing statistical models, causal models, and product life cycle patterns.
  2. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to gather input and provide clear recommendations for demand forecasts.
  3. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies in the demand planning process and capabilities.
  4. Capacity Planning: Contribute to capacity planning by providing demand forecast scenarios.
  5. Inventory Management: Liaise with Market Supply planners to proactively communicate demand changes impacting inventory and service.
Requirements
  1. Education and Experience: Degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, with 5 years of experience in Demand Planning.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficient with Demand Planning Tools, such as Logility and Power BI, and advanced Excel skills.
  3. Soft Skills: Strong communication and influencing skills, with a continuous improvement and process optimization mindset.
