We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain Department at Lotus Bakeries. This is an exciting opportunity to drive the development of a multi-category business and lead our demand planning accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement demand planning strategies to optimize stock flows and improve sales planning.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Category, and Sales teams to project excellent sales planning and drive efficiency in our supply chain.
- Work closely with Key Account Managers to develop timely and accurate forecasts for assigned accounts.
- Maintain and create new ways of reporting to extract key insights and improve accuracy, which drives logistics cost reduction.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Marketing, Commercial, Economics, or related field.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Solid knowledge of Excel, SAP, BI, Statistics.
- High stress tolerance and ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.
- Strong analytical skills and capacity to extract learnings and apply them.
- Capacity to lead projects and build integrated processes to work as a team.
- Understanding of retail detail and excellent execution is key.
