About the Role:

The Demand Planner will be responsible for evaluating demands from internal customers, preparing comprehensive demand plans, and maintaining appropriate forecast plans. This role will also involve facilitating internal forecast discussions, conducting monthly demand business reviews, and implementing and managing data integrity processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts for assigned products and markets, utilizing statistical forecasting tools and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze historical sales data and market trends to identify demand patterns and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to understand market trends and customer needs to ensure accurate demand forecasting.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing excess inventory and obsolescence.
  • Identify and communicate potential supply chain disruptions and work with cross-functional teams to develop contingency plans.
  • Continuously improve demand planning processes and tools to increase accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis to management on demand planning performance and market trends.
