**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Specialist to join our team at Wizards Of The Coast Llc. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely demand forecasts, driving business growth, and optimizing inventory levels.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain a 24-month rolling consensus forecast for selected business units, ensuring alignment with sales, marketing, and finance teams.
- Develop and review baseline forecasts using statistical models, causal models, and product life cycle patterns.
- Collaborate with marketing to identify products for forecasting and convert annual forecasts into phased forecasts based on release dates and promotions.
- Work with sales to utilize customer plans and input into forecasting tools.
- Contribute to capacity planning with demand forecast scenarios.
- Liaise with market supply planners to proactively communicate demand changes impacting inventory and service.
**Requirements**
- Degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management.
- 5 years of experience in Demand Planning, with a strong background in statistical modeling.
- Experience working with business and sales teams, as well as international matrix environments.
- Proficient in demand planning tools, such as Logility and Power BI.
- Advanced Excel skills and analytical approach to data.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
