About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Specialist to join our team at Kenvue Inc. As a Demand Planning Specialist, you will play a critical role in evaluating demands from internal customers, preparing comprehensive demand plans, and maintaining appropriate forecast plans.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Maintain Demand Forecasts: Utilize statistical forecasting tools and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain demand forecasts for assigned products and markets.
  2. Analyze Historical Sales Data: Analyze historical sales data and market trends to identify demand patterns and opportunities for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Teams: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to understand market trends and customer needs to ensure accurate demand forecasting.
  4. Manage Inventory Levels: Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing excess inventory and obsolescence.
  5. Identify and Communicate Supply Chain Disruptions: Identify and communicate potential supply chain disruptions and work with cross-functional teams to develop contingency plans.
  6. Improve Demand Planning Processes: Continuously improve demand planning processes and tools to increase accuracy and efficiency.
  7. Provide Regular Reports: Provide regular reports and analysis to management on demand planning performance and market trends.
Requirements
  1. 4+ Years of Experience: +4 years of experience in Demand Planning.
  2. Advanced Skills: Advanced in statistical forecasting tools and ERP systems.
  3. Continuous Improvement Mindset: Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on increasing accuracy and efficiency.
  4. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  5. Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese strongly preferred.
  6. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate discussions with cross-functional teams.
  7. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
