Business Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to lead and oversee the work of employees in our Madrid office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations and driving the delivery of customer services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of AVASK ES operations in collaboration with Head Office and Studio Carrera.
  • Ensure agreed procedures are documented for all activities and adhered to in accordance with the AVASK Group OMS.
  • Maintain client service levels and monitor overall performance of AVASK ES, reporting back to Operations in Head Office.
  • Handle HR matters in liaison with the Head Office HR and Recruitment team.
Specific Aspects to Cover:
  • Ensuring the company has adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities.
  • Organising and coordinating operations to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Supervising the work of employees and providing feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintaining relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers.
  • Gathering, analysing and interpreting external and internal data and writing reports.
Requirements:
  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent.
  • BSc/BA in Business Management or relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Manager or relevant role.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Experience in ISO 9001 management systems is an advantage.
