Business Manager Junior

We are seeking a talented Business Manager Junior to join our team at Capgemini Engineering. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day business activities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities for the firm.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for business growth. You will work closely with different teams to ensure alignment on business goals and strategies, fostering collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, managing expectations, and addressing any issues.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop proposals, and participate in pitches to secure new clients.
  • Contract Negotiations: Negotiate contracts, agreements, and terms of engagement with clients to ensure mutual value and alignment with Capgemini's objectives.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with different teams to ensure alignment on business goals and strategies, fostering collaboration across departments.
  • Key Skills & Qualifications:
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
    • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a business-related role.
    • Consultancy and/or Engineering Knowledge: Understanding of the consulting or engineering industry, including market trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
    • English: C1 proficiency.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail in problem-solving and data analysis.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with team members and presenting reports.
    • Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset, open to feedback, and willing to work with others.
    • Business Acumen: A strong interest in understanding various aspects of business operations and strategy.
