About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Project Manager to join our Groceries Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading projects, defining strategy, and optimizing processes to drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional projects across various areas of the scope
  • Analyze business KPIs and define strategies to improve performance
  • Identify process improvements and implement best practices
  • Collaborate with other teams, including Tech, Data Analytics, Operations, People, Legal, and Finance
  • Prepare reports and identify needs to share with the business
  • Contribute to growth analysis and identify potential levers for improvement
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in Project Management
  • Excellent project coordination and communication skills
  • Ability to make effective decisions and solve problems proactively
  • Advanced skills in KPI analysis and operational data
  • Ability to use business data analysis tools, such as Looker and Google Sheets
  • Excellent English and Spanish language skills
  • SQL knowledge preferred
