About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join our team in North America. As a Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance to our leadership team, driving operational excellence, and maximizing goal attainment across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Guidance
    • Provide data-driven insights on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and standardized business metrics.
    • Manage dashboards, regional reports, and executive review documents to support business decision-making.
  2. Business Management and Analytics
    • Lead business reviews, including pipeline and engagement hygiene inspection and deep dive analysis into gaps to goal.
    • Implement, monitor, and analyze success metrics to drive predictability in our operations.
    • Act as a point of contact and subject matter expert on the business, providing guidance and serving as a secondary escalation point for the team.
  3. Program Management
    • Cross-collaborate with technical and non-technical departments to drive innovation in processes and tools.

About the Team

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations within a Professional Services organization.
  • Experience using Salesforce or comparable Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tool.
  • Advanced Excel experience (Pivot Tables, Hlookups, Vlookups).
  • Ability to conduct analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Financial Force or another Professional Services Automation (PSA) Tool.
  • Ability to write clear, articulate, and concise business memos.
  • Experience preparing and leading business planning activities, including headcount management, forecasts, and budgets.
