Job Title: Customer Operations Manager B2CWe are seeking a proactive and strategic Customer Operations Manager B2C to join our team in Madrid. The ideal candidate will help us build processes from scratch while supporting ongoing operations and developing scalable solutions. They will liaise with local B2C operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience, prioritize the product pipeline for B2C customers, implement new features in collaboration with the product team, and support the local head of operations in prioritizing, tooling, and implementing new B2C customer strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Process Development: Design and implement efficient processes to support B2C customer operations.
- Customer Experience: Collaborate with local B2C operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Product Prioritization: Prioritize the product pipeline for B2C customers to drive business growth.
- Feature Implementation: Work with the product team to implement new features and solutions.
- Strategy Development: Support the local head of operations in developing and implementing new B2C customer strategies.
- Education: A degree in Business or Engineering is preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in consulting, investment banking, and/or startups/scale-ups.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Language: Fluency in English is required, with Spanish being a plus.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders.
