Job Title: Customer Service Manager

At Curium Pharma, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for planning and executing customer service department operations, analyzing commercial data, and suggesting areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct people management responsibility, including staffing and performance development.
  • Commercial data collection and analysis.
  • Proposal of solutions outside of set parameters to address complicated manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of best practices and integration with other areas.
  • Single point of contact for customer concerns.
  • Establish and maintain contact for technical and business support.
  • Resource for colleagues with less experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar.
  • Knowledge and experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
  • Experience in planning and executing outages.
  • Familiarity with Contractual/transactional Service Agreements.
  • Demonstrated communication and organizational skills.
