Customer Service Operations Specialist

At Eurofirms Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diligently follow up with customers to develop improvement actions in a timely manner.
  • Monitor ongoing customer interactions to ensure customer needs are being met and services are aligned.
  • Review data collected from VOC tools to improve classification accuracy.
  • Identify common top issues, analyze root causes, and develop improvement plans until they are closed.
  • Track open consumers and follow up until closure.
  • Improve service processes and satisfaction based on the voice of consumers.
  • Collect and analyze the voice of consumers in a timely manner.
  • Work effectively in a multi-culture environment with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software applications, Word, and Excel.
  • Able to manage a diverse workload and make sound judgments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prepare written documentation in a clear and concise style.
  • Strong knowledge in consumer technology product groups such as software and knowledgebase.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience and 1 year in a similar background.
