Customer Service Operations Specialist

At Eurofirms Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diligently follow up with customers to develop improvement actions in a timely manner.
- Monitor ongoing customer interactions to ensure customer needs are being met and services are aligned.
- Review data collected from VOC tools to improve classification accuracy.
- Identify common top issues, analyze root causes, and develop improvement plans until they are closed.
- Track open consumers and follow up until closure.
- Improve service processes and satisfaction based on the voice of consumers.
- Collect and analyze the voice of consumers in a timely manner.
- Work effectively in a multi-culture environment with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software applications, Word, and Excel.
- Able to manage a diverse workload and make sound judgments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prepare written documentation in a clear and concise style.
- Strong knowledge in consumer technology product groups such as software and knowledgebase.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience and 1 year in a similar background.
