We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Dufrys. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer service and support across our global supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze order line fill rates to identify areas for improvement
  • Act as a help desk to resolve customer claims, complaints, and incidents in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with operations and global category managers to gather information on promotions, life cycle communication, and exception reports
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and supply chain efficiency

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field
  • Student of engineering, business, or a related field (desirable)
  • Experience in international retail companies (desirable)
  • Supply chain and logistics knowledge
  • Analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent customer handling skills and ability to work with high precision
