B2C Sales Director

TotalEnergies is seeking a highly experienced B2C Sales Director to lead our sales strategy in the B2C segment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing internal and external situations, defining segmentation, bid positioning, and differentiation strategies, and contributing to the definition of the B2C commercial business plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define the sales strategy in the B2C segment
  • Analyze internal and external situations to inform sales decisions
  • Develop and implement segmentation, bid positioning, and differentiation strategies
  • Contribute to the definition of the B2C commercial business plan
  • Manage the maintenance and control of the customer portfolio and its margin
  • Design sales campaigns and define their targets
  • Identify market opportunities and prioritize the development of new B2C products
  • Set the final pricing for the customer
  • Oversee the development of commercial actions using market knowledge
  • Ensure the market studies needed to develop the business
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Commercial Management
  • High level of English (spoken and written), at least B2
  • Experience in team management (at least 10 years)
  • Knowledge of French is an advantage
  • Master's Degree or Postgraduate studies (business administration, commercial, marketing) is an advantage
