Job Description

TotalEnergies is seeking a highly experienced B2C Sales Director to lead our sales strategy in Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the B2C segment, aligned with TotalEnergies' strategic plan.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and develop new products and services.
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of commercial policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
